Lubrication pump UCD is supplied with metal reservoir volumes of 6, 8, 12, 30 or 63 litres with or without lubricant level signalling, and nominal lubricant dose 40 cm³/min. Working units are equipped with safety valve with output pressure adjustment and manometer. Standard electric motors are 230/400V AC, 500V AC. For other voltages consult supplier. There is a hydraulic two‑line change-over valve with or without electric signalling placed at the lubrication pump body. Two manometers are placed in the change-over valve branch for visual checking of set pressure, working pressure is adjustable in the range from 100 to 280 bar. Lubrication pumps UCD are used for permanent regular lubrication of stationary machines in lubrication circuits with smaller range. The pumps are suitable for sever working conditions.
