Mobile lubrication pump UCP is supplied with lubricant tank volume of 12 or 30 liters, with nominal dose 50 cm³/min. Working unit is equipped with safety valve with outlet pressure control, relief back branch to the pump body and with manometer on the outlet. Safety valve outlet connects five‑meter long high pressure hose and lubrication gun with replaceable terminals. Electric motors are usually supplied with voltage of 230/400V AC and 500V AC, other voltages consult the supplier. Lubrication pump is equipped with a separate starter of the electric motor connected to ten-meter long supply cable terminating in a fork. Arrangement of functional parts on the base plate prevents the lubricant from dripping into the environment. Low chassis features high stability. Lubrication pumps UCP are resistance equipment used for individual lubrication of dozens of lubrication spots, for light or heavy operating conditions.
